A man who allegedly kept a human head in his apartment refrigerator for two years has been busted and stuck his tongue out while getting arrested.

Nicolas McGee, 45, is accused of killing a sex offender over a fight involving drugs and keeping his severed head and body parts in his freezer in Brooklyn, New York.

McGee was arrested on Thursday afternoon after the remains of Kawsheen Gelzer were discovered on January 22 in the apartment the suspect shared with his wife Heather Stines, 45.

Cops responded to a wellness check at the apartment on Norstrand Avenue and found several black bags containing body parts in the fridge and freezer, according to the New York Police Department.

Medical examiners identified the remains as belonging to Gelzer through fingerprint analysis, states a criminal complaint.

McGee was extradited from Chesapeake, Virginia, where he was being held in a separate identity fraud case, to New York this week.

He stuck his tongue out at spectators as he was charged with murder on Friday, reported the New York Post, which photographed him.

He wore a blue and purple striped button-down shirt and had tattoos on his neck and above his eyebrows.

McGee was seen being escorted out of NYPD’s 67th Precinct after being charged with concealment of a human corpse, robbery and tampering with evidence.

He was scheduled to appear in court on Friday.
