Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba has been provisionally suspended after testing positive for testosterone.
The World Cup winner tested positive for testosterone in a doping test after Juventus’ 3-0 win over Udinese on August 20.
Pogba was named as a substitute for that game but did not make an appearance.
The former Manchester United midfielder will be suspended as a precaution and will have three days to request counter-analysis. If the positive test is confirmed, Pogba will face a hearing with the national anti-doping tribunal in Italy, unless he admits to taking the banned substance.
