Vladimir Putin has four doctors permanently on duty at his main official residence, supposedly leaked documents show.
He is also protected around the clock by a battalion of 111 security guards, according to Telegram channel VChK-OGPU, which has close ties to law enforcement.
The stunning details relate to the Novo-Ogaryovo palace which is the Russian dictator’s main residence, near Moscow.
In secret documents leaked to the channel, it is known as Object 53.
The presence of the doctors on the site where the tyrant sleeps most nights in a year will fuel suspicions that Putin is suffering from undisclosed health problems.
Putin looked off-colour at a conference with close ally Alexander Lukashenko on Friday to discuss the war in Ukraine.
The Russian president was hosted in the Belarusian capital, where he questioned the legitimacy of Volodymyr Zelensky’s as Ukraine’s leader and talked about nuclear drills.

Rumours of his supposedly declining health have been driven by viral videos showing him gripping tables for support, restlessly tapping his feet and appearing unsteady while walking.

Earlier leaks have suggested other Putin palaces are known to have elaborate medical facilities.
Novo-Ogaryovo has a suite of ground floor medical rooms.
Security guards from the FSO – the Federal Protective Service – are responsible for Putin’s security.
‘There are constantly four doctors and 111 security guards on duty,’ said VChK-OGPU.
‘Security guards are on duty in four two-hour shifts.
‘For security guards from the FSO, right on the territory where Putin lives, there is a shooting range with a shooting gallery, 50 metres long [and] a room for cleaning weapons.’

Offering a glimpse behind the high walls of a property renovating it to the height of luxury and security since Soviet times, the channel stated: ‘In the rooms where Putin’s servants and guards eat, a guard of four people is constantly on duty, apparently making sure that they are all not poisoned.
‘There is also a canine kennel located in Novo-Ogaryovo. Sources….say that it has a dual purpose. In addition to service dogs, there are also dogs presented to Putin, including by heads of other states.’
Putin is believed to live here with long-time lover Alina Kabaeva, and their underage children.
Details came to light due to an accusation of theft linked to the reconstruction of the sprawling Novo-Ogaryovo estate, with its 20ft high brick walls, transformed beyond recognition since Soviet times.
Secret papers were filed in a court case for compensation by the FSO in what appears to be a major security blunder.

‘The case itself was classified due to the secrecy of Object 53,’ explained the channel.
‘This is where Putin lives, holds meetings – a copy of his office in the Kremlin was constructed here.
‘Security Council meetings are held here, and maybe there is a bunker.
‘After the verdicts were handed down, the FSO decided to file a claim against the convicted persons in a civil court for compensation for losses – return of the stolen money.’
