A mother is accused of kicking and shaking her young daughter ‘like a rag doll’ while on a plane.

Breanna Mistler, 33, allegedly beat her child after she woke up on a Delta Air Lines flight from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, to Seattle, according to federal court documents obtained by FOX 10.

Mistler shouted, ‘Shut the f*** up’, at her daughter, state the documents, prompting other passengers to try to protect the toddler.

The mother then told the passengers to ‘mind your f***ing business’, according to the papers.

Mistler was in an aisle seat and her daughter was in a window seat, according to the US Attorney’s Office in the Western District of Washington.

‘The child woke-up Mistler, who then turned and allegedly kicked the child. At another point in the flight a witness reported Mistler allegedly shook the child “like a rag doll,”’ stated the office.

‘Despite interventions from passengers, Mistler allegedly persisted in the abuse.’

Mistler was arrested by Custom and Border Protection officers when the plane landed on May 1.

Her daughter had several bruises, according to prosecutors.

‘Even by the horrific standards of child abuse cases, this is shocking,’ wrote prosecutors wrote in the criminal complaint.

‘It is also the second time in six months that Mistler was charged with endangering her child.’

Mistler in December allegedly took her daughter with her as she burglarized her mother’s home and slashed tires of her vehicle.

Mistler’s daughter was taken to a victim witness specialist and later brought by Child Protective Services to a relative.

Her mother, of Sacramento, California, has been charged with misdemeanor assault.

A judge ordered Mistler to be held at a federal detention center at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport because she ‘had committed the assaults in front of so many people on a lengthy plane trip’, stated the US Attorney’s Office

Mistler’s preliminary examination is set for May 16.
