Fast rising Afrobeats act, Ogbeyemi Samuel aka Sam Stiz is poised to rule the Nigerian music space, while also praying to be the greatest singer from his generation.
Born on May 22, 2002 and a native of Ondo State, Sam Stiz began his music career in 2020 after recording his first single, Plenty Things. According to him, his passion for music and creative art started at a very young age.
“Since I recorded my first track in January 2020, I have faced a lot of challenges. But I believe that the challenges would soon be surmounted.
Now, I pray to be the greatest singer of my generation,” he said.
On how he ventured into music, Sam Stiz stated that one of his friends invited him to the studio, and that was it. He explained further: “When we got to the studio, my friend recorded his first verse and the producer noticed me, and wanted to know more about me. My friend told the producer that we were schoolmates. Surprisingly, the producer invited me to sing something on top of the song. It was just like a dream, because it was my first time going to the studio, much less recording a song.”
