A McDonald’s customer allegedly shot a Good Samaritan who was trying to help him after he had a meltdown over his order not coming with sauce.

Wesley Bullock, 48, was shouting and cursing at a worker in the drive-thru of the fast food restaurant in Zephyrhills, Florida, over the missing sauce, states an affidavit obtained by FOX 35.

A customer observing the scene went to Bullock and told him to calm down, but Bullock responded by grabbing the victim’s throat and punching him, according to the affidavit.

The McDonald’s worker stepped in the break up the fight. Bullock and the victim then got into their own cars and drove away – but that was not the end of it.

As the victim headed to a Speedway gas station, Bullock reportedly cut him off, got out of his vehicle and pointed a handgun at the victim’s forehead and pulled the trigger. The gun did not fire, states the affidavit, but Bullock proceeded to use the weapon to strike the man in the head.

Bullock then allegedly re-racked the gun or took off the safety and aimed it at the victim.

The victim ‘stated it was at that time he grabbed the pistol and fought Bullock for control over it because he was in fear of his life’ and that ‘he believed he was going to die’, reads the affidavit.

In the struggle for the weapon, the victim managed to get it away from Bullock, get it into his car and drive away and call cops.

The victim suffered a deep wound on his head when Bullock allegedly used the handgun to hit him on the head, as well as a bite on his finger, and his pinky was apparently struck by a bullet.

CCTV showed the events matched the victim’s retelling.

Bullock was arrested on April 16 and charged with aggravated battery and burglary. He is being held at Pasco County Jail on a $400,000 bond.

It is the latest fight to break out at a McDonald’s. In August 2022, a 40-year-old female customer allegedly shot a worker at the popular chain’s location on Fulton Street in Brooklyn’s Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood over cold French fries.
