Two teenage boys have been charged with murder after a 15-year-old boy was stabbed near a busy shopping centre.
Isaac Brown died after the attack at the New Square shopping centre in West Bromwich, on the outskirts of Birmingham, at around 9.15pm on Saturday.
Now a 13-year-old and a 17-year-old have been charged with murder and with possession of a bladed article.
A statement issued by West Midlands Police added: ‘The boys have also been charged with robbery, and the 13-year-old with a second count of possession of a bladed article in relation to a robbery earlier on Sunday which is being investigated in connection with the murder.’
Both boys are set to appear at Wolverhampton magistrates court later today.
A third boy, aged 16, arrested on suspicion of violent disorder has been released on bail pending further inquiries.

Isaac’s family described him as a ‘wonderful, loving, kind, happy, son, brother, grandson, nephew and cousin’.
‘Fun and mischievous, always smiling and always there to help,’ their tributes, shared by police, said.
‘We are unable to understand what has happened. We just want him back and this not to have happened.’
Detective Inspector Ade George said: ‘We have now charged two boys over Isaac’s death.
‘Extra patrols in the area will continue as we support the local community after this tragic incident.
‘Our thoughts remain with Isaac’s friends and family.’

A spokesperson for the shopping centre said on Sunday: ‘An incident took place last night at New Square. Due to this, the shopping centre is currently fully closed.
‘We are now assisting West Midlands Police in their investigations and will give further updates, once we are able, regarding the reopening of the centre.
‘Thank you to all our customers for their patience and cooperation.’
