Former President Barack Obama has been spotted at Downing Street, where he is expected to have a private meeting with Prime Minister Rishi Sunak.

The former commander in chief was spotted waving to reporters before disappearing inside of No.10.

A No 10 source told the Telegraph the two will have an ‘informal meeting’, marking the first time the two men have met.

Obama served two terms in the White House, from 2009 to 2017, before he was replaced by Trump.

He was last in Downing Street in 2016, when he visited then Prime Minister David Cameron for talks ahead of a Brexit vote.

Obama is thought to be in London for work related to his foundation, called the Obama Foundation, which helps ‘inspire, empower, and connect people to change their world.’
