Manchester United look set to be without Kobbie Mainoo for today’s trip to West Ham United.
The teenager impressed during the 0-0 draw with Liverpool at Anfield last Sunday.
Erik ten Hag handed Mainoo his Premier League debut during a 3-0 win against Everton last month.
He’s since started a further two matches against Newcastle and Liverpool, and he’s delivered on the faith that Ten Hag has in him.
United are without Casemiro and Mason Mount in midfield, and Mainoo had been expected to start at the London Stadium.
But Mainoo was not with the squad for the trip down to London, and is set to miss out according to the Guardian.

That will be a bitter blow for Ten Hag, who could be forced to throw Christian Eriksen straight back into action after five weeks out.
The Dane returned to training earlier this week but is yet to play any competitive football this month.
Victor Lindelof is set to miss the next fortnight after Ten Hag confirmed the Swede had undergone an unspecified operation.
Harry Maguire is also not expected back for another two weeks, while Casemiro, Mount and Lisandro Martinez are pencilled in for mid-January returns.
