Manchester United are open to selling Casemiro, Raphael Varane, Jadon Sancho and Anthony Martial in the January transfer window, according to reports.
Erik ten Hag is keen to strengthen his squad in the upcoming window but United need player sales in order to bolster their transfer budget.
Sancho is widely expected to leave United next month after he was frozen out of the first team by Ten Hag in September, with both Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig expressing strong interest.
According to MailOnline, United’s football director John Murtough has already travelled to Saudia Arabia to hold talks with Saudi Pro League representatives over the sale of several players in Ten Hag’s squad.
The report claims that United are not forcing Casemiro, Varane or Martial to leave Old Trafford but the club are willing to listen to offers for the trio.

The January window represents United’s final opportunity to secure a transfer fee for Martial as the 28-year-old can leave on a free transfer next summer when his contract expires.
Casemiro, meanwhile, was signed in a £70 million deal last year and impressed during his first season but the Brazil international has been restricted to just 12 appearances this term due to an ankle injury.

Varane was another big-money signing from Real Madrid as he joined United in a £34m deal in 2021, but the World Cup winner has struggled to secure a regular role in Ten Hag’s side this season.
It’s understood that Ten Hag wants United to recruit a new centre-back, a midfielder and a striker to ease the burden on Rasmus Hojlund, who is yet to score a Premier League goal in 13 appearances.
