The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission has secured a conviction against the erstwhile Provost of Isaac Jasper College of Education, Sagbama, Bayelsa State, Prof. Saviour Agoro, who was arraigned for contracts fraud amounting to N285 million.
