Lagos-based real estate development company, Elan Orris, has said that it was committed to redefining excellence in the real estate industry in Nigeria.
The company’s Deputy Sales Head, Amarachi Njoku, disclosed that what began as a visionary idea in 2020 has metamorphosed into a prominent name in the Nigerian real estate sector.
She said the company has achieved remarkable milestones in a relatively short span of time, captivating the hearts of Nigerians both at home and in the diaspora.
Njoku noted that Elan Orris introduced itself to the world in July 2020 with its maiden project, ‘The DubanCreek’, located in the serene town of Bogije in Lagos.
“Offering 300sqm plots of land, this ambitious project saw an overwhelming response from customers, both within Nigeria and in the diaspora. The resounding success of The DubanCreek laid the foundation for Elan Orris’s incredible journey.
“Building on this success, we embarked on an even bigger project – ‘The Brookland’. Spanning approximately 20 acres in the bustling city of Epe, often regarded as the “New Lagos,” this project offered plots of land and house units to over 95 happy customers,” she said.
She added that between 2021 and 2023, Elan Orris continued to impress with the launch of six more projects, which have continued to delight Nigerians and their customers.
“Our other projects are The Comfort Chateau Terraces in Lekki, The Creekstone in Arepo, The Montfort in Epe, The Porthaven in Aseese, and The Greenwich Bungalows also in Epe while enjoying exponential growth & steady expansion.
“With 6 major projects completed, over 400 happy customers singing our praises and over 40 well-trained staff, what sets Elan Orris apart in the fiercely competitive real estate industry is its commitment to three core principles: Zeal, Style, and Beauty. The company prides itself on exceeding customers’ expectations, delivering projects on time, and ensuring an easy investment process for its customers,” she added.
Njoku stressed that the company was committed to helping Nigerians become homeowners as well as building good communities in the country.
