A proposed 20-storey hotel building under construction directly opposite Delta Mall Asaba, on Thursday evening collapsed, causing panic among workers and residents of the state capital. PUNCH Metro gathered that the building collapse was coming up barely hours after the Nigerian Institute of Architects flagged off a two-day event in Asaba. Details of the cause
