SERGIO RAMOS still doesn’t have a club after Besiktas refused to meet his wage demands.
That makes the Turkish giants the second team in 15 days to turn down a deal with the World Cup and multiple Champions League winner.

Ramos, 37, left Paris Saint-Germain in June after a two-year spell but in France.
But the Real Madrid legend has found his next landing spot difficult to come by.
And Besiktas – who were also linked with Al-Nassr‘s Anderson Talisca – released a statement confirming talks with five-time LaLiga winner Ramos had ended.
The club announced on Monday night: “‘In this direction; Contact was made with both Anderson Talisca and his club and Sergio Ramos, who has his testimonial.
“Negotiations, which were carried out considering the interests of our club, were terminated due to disagreements on financial issues.”
Unfortunately for Ramos, European sides are less willing to make space for the ageing skipper.
His boyhood club Sevilla were the first club to turn down a reunion with the Spanish ace.
The Camas-born defender was keen to return but the Spanish side publicly declined as they already have six centre-backs.

The 180-cap Spain star has received offers from the MLS, Brazil and Saudi Arabia – but he had his heart set on staying in Europe.
The Spanish legend was linked to reuniting with Lionel Messi at Inter Miami.
They were announced as PSG players on the same day in 2021 – going from Clasico rivals to team-mates for the first time.
