CCTV footage now shows Lathers – high on the party drug – walking away from the scene.
Wearing a red hoodie, the social media model moved towards the opposite direction while covering her face.
She then stopped in the middle of the road and turned around to join a group of people rushing towards the crash site.
Police soon arrived on the scene to find Lathers vomiting on the street, according to an arrest report.
Disturbing body camera footage previously released showed Lathers on the ground screaming as police attempted to talk to her.
An officer held her arms as she vomited before helping her onto a gurney.
“I’m from the future,” she can be heard telling police, adding that she had a “crystal ball.”
Police then can be heard asking Lathers if she was on any drugs.
Lathers told officers she was on tusi which is also known as “pink cocaine.”
A toxicology report later found a mix of ketamine and other drugs in her system.
The crash occurred when she missed a red light and allegedly hit two other cars, a black Range Rover and a silver Suzuki.
She was driving around 57 mph and sped up to 78 mph after crashing into another vehicle, according to arrest records.
They say the ,model had her foot on the gas pedal at “100 per cent” when she rammed into the vehicles.
Cops said Lathers wasn’t even allowed to driving at the time of the crash as her license was suspended in January.
FACING CHARGES
Lathers now faces felony charges including two counts of reckless vehicular homicide, driving with a suspended license, and causing injury.
She was granted a $140,000 bond and placed on house arrest.
At her bond hearing, Judge Mindy S. Glazer said Lathers was an “absolute danger to the community,” local NBC affiliate, WTVJ reported.
After being placed on house arrest, Lathers returned to jail due to new DUI manslaughter charges brought on by a toxicology report.
At a bond hearing on Tuesday, she was taken off house arrest and sent back to jail.
Footage released by WPLG Local 10 showed Lathers rocking back and forth as she held her head in distraught while sitting inside the court room.
Juanita Hernandez, the girlfriend of one of the victims who was killed in the crash, was present at the hearing.
“It was a horrible feeling,” Hernandez told WTVJ.
“She did not look remorseful.”
Hernandez added that she believes Lathers is a “danger to society.”
Lathers pleaded “not guilty” on all 10 charges she’s facing.
The U.S. Sun has reached out to Miami Police for comment but didn’t immediately hear back.
