To send the footie girls – including semi-final goal scorers Ella Toone, Lauren Hemp and Alessia Russo – a message simply email sundayfeatures@the-sun.co.uk and we will scatter them through this weekend’s Sun on Sunday.

Sunday’s match will see England competing in their first World Cup final since 1966.

It’s been an incredible journey so far.

The 3-1 semi-final win over Australia came after an impressive 2-1 victory against Colombia in the quarter-finals.

Before that, Sarina Wiegman‘s side had their most nervy moment, needing penalties against Nigeria after a 0-0 draw in which star player Lauren James was red carded.

The Lionesses have also got the better of China, Denmark and Haiti at the tournament Down Under.

All that’s now left between them and eternal glory is a Spain side in disarray.

So it’s time to give them your backing and roar them to glory.
