DOZENS of people are believed to have suffered carbon monoxide poisoning at a go-karting track in Lincoln.
Police said at least 33 people are understood to have fallen ill after attending Proport Indoor Karting on Tuesday.

Concerns were first raised at 11.51pm on August 15 when some customers were taken to hospital due to feeling unwell.
An investigation has since been launched by the City of Lincoln Council.
Anyone who visited the site has been contacted by cops.
The NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) also asked those who are experiencing headaches, dizziness and nausea following their trip to the track to call 111 to seek appropriate medical advice.
Adam, who was there at the time with a group of friends, said on Facebook: “Unfortunately due to a ventilation issue, we all got carbon monoxide poisoning and ended up in Lincoln County Hospital for the night.
“The nurses and doctors were amazing and we are home and fine now.
“We’ve all drained every oxygen tank in Lincoln A&E, but all good.”
Clair Raybould, director of system delivery for NHS Lincolnshire ICB, said all those affected were being looked after.
She added: “We are working together across the health and care system to ensure we are able to support the small number affected quickly and safely following reports of people feeling unwell following their visit to the karting centre.
“We would ask anyone experiencing symptoms linked to this to seek medical advice via NHS111.
“We would also like to reassure the public that, unless they have been to the centre on August 15 specifically and are also experiencing symptoms, they do not need to act.”
Lincolnshire Police urged anyone with information about the incident to contact the force quoting incident 552 of August 15.
The City of Lincoln Council and Gridline Racing, which own the track, have been approached for comment.
What is carbon monoxide poisoning?
CARBON monoxide is a poisonous gas that can make you seriously ill if you breathe it in.
It can be made by fires and appliances that burn gas, wood, oil or coal, but it is colourless and odourless so you cannot tell when it’s around you.
Symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning include:
Headache
Dizziness
Feeling sick or being sick
Feeling weak
Confusion
Chest and muscle pain
Shortness of breath
If you think you might have carbon monoxide poisoning, you should stop using appliances you think might be the cause, open any windows and doors to let fresh air in, go outside, and get medical advice as soon as possible.
There were 43 deaths from accidental carbon monoxide poisoning in England and Wales in 2021. Many more were hospitalised.
It is estimated that around 4,000 people attend A&E for treatment for carbon monoxide poisoning each year in England.
