Premier League odds for winner and relegation in 2024/25 season revealed

Manchester City are the defending Premier League champions

The new Premier League season is right around the corner as Manchester City look to defend their title for yet another season.

Pep Guardiola’s side claimed a historic fourth straight league title after piping Arsenal on a nervy final day.

Mikel Arteta’s side will look to launch another bid for the title this term to end their 20-year drought, while Chelsea and Manchester United will be hoping for improved showings after disappointing league campaigns last time out.

At the other end of the table, newly promoted Southampton, Leicester City and Ipswich Town will look to upset the apple cart and extend their stay in the top-flight.

Ahead of the first matchday, here’s a look at the latest odds for the title and relegation.

Who are favourites to win the Premier League?

Having won four successive titles, City are, unsurprisingly, the bookmakers’ favourites to win the league once again.

Arsenal have come closest to beating Guardiola’s side over the past two seasons and are fancied to push City all the way again, while Liverpool under new manager Arne Slot are third favourites.

A new-look Chelsea under new boss Enzo Maresca are a distant fourth favourite for the title, with United and Tottenham just behind them.

Back in the Premier League after 22 years, Ipswich Town are second favourite to get relegated, while Southampton, Everton and Nottingham Forest are also tipped to be in danger of ending the season in the bottom three.
