Succeeding in hard times (4)

Last week, we established how your service and commitment in the kingdom of God can create an escape route for you even when the world is experiencing hardship.

Today, we will be talking about Soul Winning as it concerns your success in hard times.

SOUL WINNING.

MATT.28:19-20.KJV.

19 “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

MATT.9:37-38.KJV. 37 “Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few;

38 Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest”.

In Christianity, Evangelism is the act of preaching the gospel with the intention of sharing the message of Jesus Christ for the purpose of winning souls.

Soul winning is a very crucial factor in the God’s kingdom.

This is the major task God gave to the church.

The greatest business in the world is neither oil business nor gold but soul winning.

Soul winning is what brings joy to the Lord’s heart. It is His business.

When you get involved with Gods business, He’ll get involved with yours.

It is your value for humanity that will guarantee your prosperity in the kingdom.

Kingdom blessings will remain an illusion in your lifetime if the business of soul winning does not move you.

Soul winning business is one of the pathways to succeed in times of hardship.

Do you want to keep testifying when others are struggling, engage in soul winning.

God sent His only son to the world not to be an engineer, a doctor or lawyer, but a soul winner, a preacher. That should let you know how important soul winning is to God.

Proverbs 11:30 KJV

The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.

Daniel 12:3 KJV

And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.

If you want to shine, win souls!

If you want to please the Lord, win souls!

Do it whether you feel like it or not.

Happy or sad, win souls.

It is the reason you’re alive. It’s the reason you were not just raptured after being born again.

God left you here on earth to win souls to Christ.

You’re not just here on earth to get married and have a family or job or business, but to win souls to Christ.

Don’t live a selfish and small life.

Don’t just live for yourself, family and your job or business.

Think of the unsaved and reach out to them.

Remember that one day you will stand before God and give account.

You will tell Him all the things you did for Him while on earth, all the souls you won to Him.

While you live your life, be conscious of the fact that Jesus is coming again, soon.

The dead in Christ will rise first at the sound of the trumpet and we that are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them to meet the Lord in the air and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

Prepare yourself and others because Jesus is coming again and we will all be rewarded according to what we have done.

Romans 10:9-10 says

”that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.“

Kindly say this prayer aloud;

“O Lord God, I come to You in the Name of Jesus Christ.

Your word says,”…whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved” (Acts 2v21).

I ask Jesus to come into my heart to be the Lord of my life. I receive eternal life into my spirit and according to Roman 10:9, “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thy heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved”,

I declare that I am saved; I am born-again; I am a child of God!

I now have Christ dwelling in me, and greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world (1 John 4:4)!

I now walk in the consciousness of my new life in Christ Jesus. Hallelujah!”

Congratulations!
