Governor Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa State has enjoined Nigerians to make good use of their diversity and have faith that they will soon overcome the current harsh economic challenges.
“Let us draw strength from our diversity and our shared humanity. Let us work together to build a brighter future for all,” Fintiri said in a Salah message passed to newsmen Saturday evening by his Chief Press Secretary, Humhashi Wonosikou.
About the current economic challenges, Governor Fintiri encouraged citizens not to despair but to have faith in the country’s ability to overcome them.
Extending felicitations to the Muslim Ummah in Adamawa State and across the country on the occasion of Eid-el-Kabir, Fintiri said, “Eid-el-Kabir reminds us that with faith, perseverance, and sacrifice, we can overcome even the most daunting challenges.”
He added, “As Muslims celebrate this significant festival, I urge you to emulate the spirit of sacrifice, obedience, and righteousness exemplified by the prophetic example of Ibrahim and Ismail. I also pray that the blessings of Allah be upon the faithful and that the values of compassion, generosity, and forgiveness be upheld.”
