SCHOOL shooter fears have been sparked in Sweden after an attacker reportedly opened fire at an adult education centre with an automatic weapon.
Cops revealed five people have been shot at the Risbergska School in the city of Örebro – around 125 miles west of Stockholm.

At least four injured people have been hospitalised after gunfire was reported at the school in Västhaga district of the city.
Cops added: “This is currently seen as attempted murder, arson and aggravated weapons offence.”
The extent of their injuries is currently not known.
A huge police operation was launched after gunfire was reported at 12:33pm on Tuesday.
Ambulances, rescue services and police quickly moved onsite while they placed a lockdown on the education centre and circled the grounds.
Local residents have been urged to stay away from the site as police continue their operation.
A police statement said: “The public is urged to stay away from the Västhaga area, alternatively stay indoors in their homes or go the other way.
“Listen to the police officers at the scene.
“The operation concerns threats of deadly violence. The operation is still ongoing.”
Sweden’s justice minister Gunnar Strömmer described the shocking incident as “very serious”, according to SVT Örebro.
The school’s headteacher, Mattias Molin, said many of the people have been evacuated and sheltered in nearby buildings.
Molin added: “I don’t know much more than that. We don’t know anything yet.”
Fears over the number of potential injuries have been raised as local emergency rooms empty their beds, according to Aftonbladet.
Students at nearby schools have been kept indoors “for security purposes”.

Terrifying images showed armed officers approaching the adult education centre with their weapons drawn.
Shocking footage posted on X – believed to have been taken from inside the school – showed the people sitting on the ground as an alarm went off.
