The Special Adviser to the President of the Senate on Diaspora and Non-governmental Organisations, Dr. Jibril Lawal Tafida, has praised Dr. Clement Buari, a former Director of Strategy Management at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) on his 66th birthday anniversary, describing him as a “professional banker”.
In a birthday message on Wednesday, Dr. Tafida described Dr. Buari as a “truly remarkable individual” with “profound knowledge of Nigerian economics” and “unwavering dedication” to making positive changes in the financial sector.
