Former President Donald Trump warned that Ukraine’s incursion into Russia could start ‘World War 3’ and linked it to his 2024 opponent, Vice President Kamala Harris.
Trump during remarks at a National Guard Association conference in Detroit seemed to opposed Ukraine’s recent push into western Russia.
‘Look at what’s happening in Ukraine. They’re surging into Russia,’ Trump said on Monday afternoon.
‘You’re going to have World War 3.’

The Republican candidate also blamed the Biden-Harris administration for continuing to support Ukraine and attributed that to the US military’s own ammunition supply running low.
Trump appeared to reference a report that found the US would be out of arms in three to four weeks if it became involved in a war with China.
‘These people are just so destructive,’ he said of American officials. ‘So – you know I always look for good words. Highly sophisticated, (I’m) highly educated. I like sophisticated words, but there’s only one word I can – stupid, they’re stupid people.’
Trump bashed the administration hours after speaking at Arlington National Cemetery at a memorial service for 13 US service members who were killed during the messy pullout from Afghanistan three years ago.

He blamed President Joe Biden’s handling of the withdrawal for warfare happening across the world.
The chaotic withdrawal and ISIS suicide bomber attack at Abbey Gate outside of Kabul International Airport ‘gave us Russia going into Ukraine, it gave us the October 7 attack in Israel’, Trump claimed.
Trump also invited to the stage in Detroit, former Democratic congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard, who announced she was endorsing him and vowed to do all she could to help him win the November election.
Gabbard, who left the Democratic Party in 2022, said Trump was the country’s best shot at stepping back from nuclear warfare.

‘This administration has us facing multiple wars on multiple fronts and regions around the world, and closer to the brink of nuclear war than we ever have been before,’ she said.
‘This is one of the main reasons why I’m committed to doing all that I can to send President Trump back to the White House, where he can once again serve us as our commander in chief.’
Trump’s latest attack on Harris and Biden came as the Fairleigh Dickinson University poll released on Friday showed Harris widening her lead over Trump to seven points ahead.
Meanwhile, an Echelon Insights survey showed that Trump had a 49% to 48% lead over Harris after Robert F Kennedy Jr suspended his independent campaign and threw his support to Trump last week.
