A search will resume for the remaining person missing off the coast of Sicily, where Mike Lynch’s Bayesian superyacht capsized on Monday.
Five bodies were recovered from the wreckage yesterday and four of them were brought ashore before divers had to suspend the operation as they struggled to reach deep inside.
The discoveries bring the total number of confirmed dead to six, after the remains of the boat’s chef, Recaldo Thomas, were discovered hours after the tragedy.
More than 76 hours have passed since a small waterspout – a type of tornado – spun over the island in Italy, likely causing the vessel to sink.
