Musa Abdulafeez has been named the Kwara United captain for the 2024-25 Nigeria Premier Football League season.
Kwara United head coach Kabiru Dogo made the announcement during the team’s training session on Tuesday.
Abdulafeez took over the leadership of the club from goalkeeper Adewale Adeyinka who has moved to Plateau United.
The newly appointed skipper of the team has been tasked with the responsibility of ensuring the team achieve success.
Kwara United will open their campaign in the new season with a home game against Niger Tornadoes at the Ilorin Township Stadium.
The new season will commence on Saturday, August 31, 2024.
