Proud parents Zoe Ball and Fatboy Slim have reunited to part at their son Woody Cook’s DJ gig, eight years after their divorce.

The 23-year-old son of the music industry titans has been following in his father’s footsteps, making his Glastonbury debut earlier this year.

Radio presenter Zoe and her Grammy-winning ex-husband, real name Norman Cook, beamed as they posed together for a picture with Woody.

They stood either side of him, wrapping their arms around the DJ as he performed at i360 Brighton Seafront.

Another moment shared by Woody showed the duo dancing away next to each other at the seafront venue, not far from Norman’s Big Beach Cafe.

Zoe, 53, married Norman, 60, in 1999, having met while she worked at BBC Radio 1 and welcomed Woody the following year.

They temporarily split in 2003 but reconciled and stayed together until 2016 when they separated and finalised their divorce four years later.

The announcement read that they had ‘come to the end of our rainbow’ after a fraught relationship with affairs marring breakups.

Together the music-minded couple also had a daughter named Nelly who was born in 2010.

‘Caught both parents dancing,’ Woody captioned the video on his Instagram, with Zoe keeping things casual in a light blue top and jeans.

The radio presenter even had her phone out filming the DJ set in total mum mode.

Norman was throwing his fist in the air, twinning with his son in a patterned shirt and shorts — although he popped a white t-shirt on while Woody opted for a bare chest.

In an interview with Wired years back, The Rockafeller Skank hitmaker shared how traumatic he found the split.

He said: ‘My music and shows have always been about escapism, for people to forget what’s wrong in their life. I’ve done it for 30 years but, because my life was happy, I was providing that escapism for the crowds.

‘And now they’re providing that escapism for me. Having hit a traumatic year, for those two hours when I’m on stage, I forget all my worries and I feel like I can escape.’

Zoe and Norman have remained firm friends ever since and evidently have continued to co-parent their two kids together.
