Manchester City striker, Liam Delap has joined newly promoted Premier League side, Ipswich Town on a permanent deal.
The England Under-21 international made his Man City first team debut under manager Pep Guardiola in September 2020.
He scored a superb goal as Guardiola’s side won Bournemouth 2-1 in the Carabao Cup third-round clash at the Etihad Stadium.
Delap went on to make six senior appearances for Man City, including his Premier League bow against Leicester in September 2020 and a Champions League appearance away to Sporting in February 2021.
He had loan spells at Stoke City and Preston North End in the past.
“Everyone at City wishes Liam the very best of luck going forward,” Man City’s statement read in part on Saturday.
