Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who is now a senior advisor at AC Milan, has banished Divock Origi from the team’s dressing room.
The former Liverpool striker has been demoted to the youth team after being told he is no longer part of the club’s plans.
Milan finished a distant second behind Serie A rivals Inter last season and Ibrahimovich is already preparing for next season.
Ibramovich has now decided Origi, who spent last season on loan at Nottingham Forest, doesn’t feature in those plans.
The 29-year-old signed a four-year contract after joining Milan on a free transfer from the Reds in 2022.
However, according to a report from Fabrizio Romano, Ibrahimovic has said: “Divock Origi and Fode Ballo-Toure are not part of our plans.
“They will be part of the youth team as they’re not included in our project.”
