I’m part of Afrobeats big four now, says Rema

By Seyi Babalola

Popular Nigerian singer Divine Ikubor, also known as Rema, has boasted that he is part of the big four in Afrobeats.

He noted that it is ridiculous for anyone to claim that he’s not in the same group as Wizkid, Davido and Burna Boy.

The singer stated this while addressing the criticism that followed his controversial tweet; “No more Big 3 there’s now a Big 4” in his new song ‘Hehehe,’ which was released via Mavin Global Holdings on Monday morning.

Rena has been insisting that he is now on the megastar list of Afrobeat saying it’s “Big 4” and no longer “Big 3”, as the list now includes Burna Boy, Wizkid and Davido.

His song lyrics read: “No more big 3, there’s now a big 4. People go para but what for? Dem go say I don’t deserve it but that is an insult.”
