South Africa Premier League club, Orlando Pirates have make a move to hijack Augustine Okejepha’s move to Tanzanian club, Simba SC.
Simba SC have reportedly struck a deal with Rivers United for the player.
Okejepha was lined up to arrive Tanzania next week to finalise the move.
Orlando Pirates have now submitted a N300m bid to Rivers United for the player.
The fee is higher than the N270 offered by Simba.
The 20-year-old midfielder made 26 appearance for Rivers United last season.
He previously played for Warri Wolves in the Nigeria National League.
