Ex-President Donald Trump’s former lawyer Rudy Giuliani smirked in his latest mugshot after pleading not guilty of pressuring election officials to change election results.

Giuliani looked downward while grinning in his second mugshot, released by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office on Monday afternoon.

It is the 80-year-old’s second mugshot, with both linked to his work helping to push Trump’s claims that he won the 2020 election.

Giuliani in late May pleaded not guilty to nine felony charges around his alleged role in interfering in the election in Arizona.

The Arizona indictment accuses Giuliani and 17 other defendants of interfering with ‘the lawful transfer of the presidency of the United States, keeping President Donald Trump in office against the will of Arizona voters, and depriving Arizona voters of their right to vote and have their votes counted’.

Giuliani’s new mugshot was a stark contrast to his first mugshot in the Georgia election interference case in August 2023, when he appeared stern and determined.
