Former First Lady Melania Trump will reportedly manage her son Barron Trump’s future after his high school graduation and he is ‘her world’.

Barron is celebrating his graduation from Oxbridge Academy, a private school in West Palm Beach, Florida, on Friday.

Despite graduating from college and having turned 18 years old in March, Barron will apparently still have much of his life decisions influenced by his mother.

‘Melania will keep her hand on Barron’s future just as much going forward as she has throughout his early and current school years,’ a source told PEOPLE on Thursday.

‘He is her world. She is proud of him, and she is the primary decision maker on Barron and his future.’

Melania’s only child and her husband ex-President Donald Trump’s youngest has had his life fiercely guarded by her through his youth.

News reports broke earlier this month that Barron would be making his political debut as an at-large delegate to the Republican National Convention, which is expected to officially nominate his father as the 2024 GOP nominee in July.

But Melania’s office quickly stated: ‘While Barron is honored to have been chosen as a delegate by the Florida Republican Party. He regretfully declines to participate due to prior commitments.’
