Paul Scholes has accused Kobbie Mainoo and Alejandro Garnacho of showing poor standards during a Manchester United training session.
Mainoo and Garnacho have both been standout performers for Erik ten Hag in recent weeks, although United have registered just one win in their last six Premier League games and are 11 points behind fifth-placed Aston Villa.
But Scholes was unhappy after the pair were pictured with their jacket hoods up during a training session with United on Wednesday.
The former United midfielder shared the picture on Instagram and wrote: ‘Don’t mind hats and gloves but no way can you train proper with your hood up.
‘Standards begin on the training pitch.’

Speaking after Mainoo’s first-team breakthrough at United, Roy Keane insisted that the club’s more experienced players had a duty to guide the 18-year-old.
‘He’s a smart, intelligent footballer and he can go right to the very top,’ Keane told Sky Sports.
‘The senior players will need to keep him grounded, make sure he learns, but he’s got the composure and we’ve seen that already.
‘Defensively, he can get around the pitch but the kid has a chance, obviously.’
