A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a young mum was stabbed to death while pushing her pram.
27-year-old Kulsama Akter died after being stabbed on Westgate in Bradford city centre on Saturday afternoon.
Her baby was not harmed and police say the child is safe and well.
Police launched a manhunt for a suspect in the hours after the attack.
A 25-year-old man has now been arrested in Aylesbury on suspicion of murder. It’s understood the man arrested is Habibur Masum, who has been the subject of police appeals since Saturday.
The man, from Oldham, was arrested in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

Yesterday another man, 23, was arrested in Cheshire on suspicion of assisting an offender.
West Yorkshire Police has referred itself to the Independent Office for Police Conduct as the force had contact with the victim prior to her death.
Detective Chief Inspector Stacey Atkinson said: ‘This is a tragic incident in which a mother has lost her life in the most horrific of circumstances.
‘We understand that this has caused a considerable amount of concern in the local community.
