Horrified construction workers at a railway station were shocked to find a man eating a human leg.
Employees at the Amtrak station in Wasco, California, were laying down concrete on Friday when they saw the horrifying sight.
The detached leg is believed to have come from a person who was hit by a train near the US railway station earlier that morning.
Distressing video shows the man, believed to be homeless, waving the detached limb around before hitting it against a wall and apparently taking bites out of it.
Jose Ibarra, one of the construction workers, told News 11 Yuma: ‘I’m not sure from where, but he walked this way and he was waving a person’s leg.
‘And when he started chewing on it over there, he was biting it and he was hitting it against the wall and everything.

‘On the leg, the skin was hanging. You could see the bone.’
Officers from the Kern County Sheriff’s Office identified the man as 27-year-old Resendo Tellez.
