Juventus sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli is a huge fan of Manchester United star Mason Greenwood, according to reports in Italy.
Greenwood, currently on a season-long loan at Spanish club Getafe, has attracted interest from some of the biggest clubs in Europe, including Barcelona.
Fellow La Liga giants Atletico Madrid are also keen on a deal for the Englishman but they are not willing to meet United’s asking price of €60m.
It has been reported that Erik ten Hag is open to Greenwood returning to United this summer – but there has now been further interest – this time from Juventus.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus chief Giuntoli likes Greenwood for three reasons – the first being his obvious high level of talent.
The second reason is that Greenwood is just 22-years-old and the third is his current contract situation, with the forward seeing his current deal expire in 2025.
