A man who would repeatedly turn up at a woman’s house to harass her and who sent a mould of his penis to her as a gift has been jailed.

Bobby Williams, 39, from Newport, Pembrokeshire, was made the subject of a 24-month community order and a 12-month restraining order last July after being convicted of stalking the woman, Swansea Crown Court heard.

But he broke the order within weeks and messaged the woman on Snapchat, WalesOnline reports.

Williams also shouted verbal abuse at his victim while she was out for a walk on a beach, according to prosecutor Caitlin Brazel.

He was arrested on January 3 2024 and answered ‘no comment’ when questioned by officers.

But when he was questioned about the mould of his penis, he smiled and told them ‘it is hers’.

In a victim impact statement read by the prosecution in court, it was heard how Williams’ ‘relentless behaviour’ had been ‘exhausting and draining’.

She said she felt like a prisoner trapped in her own home.

Defending, Freddie Lewendon said Williams wished to apologise for his actions and said he felt shame for the way in which he treated her.

Williams previously pleaded guilty to stalking and to five counts of breaching a restraining order when he appeared for sentencing.

He has nine previous convictions for 22 offences between 2002 and 2023.

Judge Huw Rees concluded that Williams had a ‘fixation’ on his victim.

The community order imposed in 2023 was revoked and Williams was resentenced to 12 months in prison for that matter to run concurrently with the new sentence.

He will serve up to half the 16-month sentence in custody before being released on licence to serve the remainder in the community.
