Arsenal are into the Champions League quarter-final draw after beating Porto on penalties on Tuesday evening.

After a 1-0 defeat in the first leg in Portugal last month, Mikel Arteta’s side pulled level on aggregate in the return leg on Tuesday night with Leandro Trossard’s first-half goal.

However, the Gunners were unable to find that second goal and after a nervy 30 minutes of extra time, the tie went to a penalty shootout.

David Raya stepped up to become Arsenal’s hero as he saved two Porto penalties to ensure a 4-2 win in the shootout.

Arsenal will now turn their attention to the Champions League quarter-final draw which takes place at 11am on March 15.
