Former President Donald Trump prevailed as the Supreme Court ruled that the US state of Colorado cannot bar him from the primary ballot.
The high court’s unanimous decision on Monday morning was a major blow to states pushing to bar Trump from their ballots in 2024. It effectively allows Trump to remain on primary ballots nationwide.
The Supreme Court’s ruling came a day ahead of Super Tuesday, when 15 states will vote.
