Kensington Palace has released an update on Kate Middleton’s health after she has not been seen in public for two months.
The Princess of Wales underwent abdominal surgery in January, but speculation has been growing as she has not been seen since Christmas.
The Palace said: ‘Kensington Palace made it clear in January the timelines of the princess’ recovery and we’d only be providing significant updates. That guidance stands.’
They added she continues to be doing well in her recovery.
It comes after Prince William made his first public appearance yesterday after mysteriously cancelling an even last-minute.
He was meant to attend his late god-father King Constatine’s memorial, and was even due to give a reading.
But at the last minute he told the Greek royal family he could not attend due to an unspecified ‘personal matter’.
This has left Buckingham Palace scrambling to find others to take their place as the King continues to undergo cancer treatment.

Prince Andrew led royals into the memorial service, including his ex-wife Sarah, Duchess of York, Princess Beatrice, and Zara and Mike Tindall.
In another blow to the royal family, Lady Gabriella Windsor’s husband Thomas Kingston was found dead inside his parents’ home in Gloucestershire on Sunday.
An inquest will be held to establish the cause of death, but there are no suspicious circumstances and no other parties involved.
Mr Kingston, known as Tom, and his wife Lady Gabriella Windsor, daughter of Prince and Princess Michael of Kent, were ‘happy and chatty’ at an event days before his death, friends have said.
The King and Queen sent their ‘most heartfelt thoughts and prayers’ to Lady Gabriella, who is known as Ella, and Mr Kingston’s parents and siblings.
Meanwhile Prince Harry has announced will appeal against a High Court ruling dismissing his challenge over a change to his level of security during visits to the UK.
He had been trying to overturn a ruling which saw his security downgraded and have his police protection taken away after he stopped being a working royal.
