A 15-hour weather warning for rain has just been put in place.
The Met Office has issued the yellow warning, which covers Wales and the south west of England, to run from midnight until 3pm on Friday.
The forecaster says a band of rain is set to move north and east on Friday, with up to 30mm of rainfall ‘in a few locations’.
It also warns some snow is likely to affect ‘some higher routes and communities’ for a brief time.
