More than 300 warnings and alerts for floods are in place across parts of the UK in the start of the week.
England and Wales were subject to severe weather warnings from the Met Office over Saturday and Sunday due to the persistent rain and it seems the chaos is set to continue today.
There are 64 flood warnings in place this morning, while the Environment Agency also issued 248 less severe flood alerts.
Some 80 flood warnings have been removed in the last 24 hours as the rain starts to clear in some areas.

People were also urged to be wary of rising river levels amid the rainfall over the weekend.
‘There are flood alerts and warnings in place across the UK. Never drive through flood water,’ the agency said in a warning on X.
‘Even if it looks shallow, it is not worth the risk – it takes just 30cm of water to move your car.’
The Met Office said about the weather today: ‘Rain will clear the southeast during the morning with any fog clearing too.
‘Otherwise another largely fine day with some sunny spells, albeit rather breezy. Some showers in the northwest followed by rain later. Staying mild for February.’
