Governor Mai Mala Buni of Yobe State has vowed that anyone involved in the death of Ammi Adamu Mamman will be brought to justice.
In a statement on Tuesday via his spokesman, Mamman Mohammed, the governor tasked security agencies in the state with unravelling the circumstances surrounding the death of Ammi Adamu Mamman, who was allegedly murdered by her husband while asleep a few days ago.
“No one involved would be spared from facing the dictates of the law,” the governor avowed.
The remains of the deceased were laid to rest today according to Islamic rites in Potiskum town.
The funeral, which took place at the Emir of Pataskum’s palace, was attended by the public, family members and friends of the family.
