England will be amongst the favourites to take home the Euro 2024 crown when the tournament finally starts next summer.
Gareth Southgate’s side will be looking to go one step better than the runners-up spot they had to settle for in the last edition of UEFA’s premier competition, edged out in a penalty shootout by Italy at Wembley.
The Three Lions, who qualified as Group C winners, will find out their group stage opponents, fixtures and kick-off times when the group stage draw is staged this weekend – and a favourable draw would be a good start to finally ending their long quest for silverware.
Scotland will also learn their group stage fate, with Steve Clarke’s men having qualified for their second consecutive European Championship having finished in second place in Group A.

When is Euro 2024?
Euro 2024 will start on June 14, 2024 and will finish with the final on July 14, 2024.

Who is hosting Euro 2024?
Germany will host Euro 2024 – the first time it will have done so since 1988.
The European football powerhouse, who beat off competition from Turkey to be awarded the tournament back in 2018, have not hosted a major competition since the World Cup in 2006.

The 2024 edition will be the first Euros to be held in a single country since France hosted the competition in 2016, with Euro 2020 staged across 11 nations to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the European Championship.
Germany have won the Euros on three occasions, which is a joint-record alongside Spain.
When is the Euro 2024 draw?
The draw will take place on Saturday, December 2 at 5pm GMT live from Hamburg, Germany.
Football fans will be able to watch live on BBC Two and BBC iPlayer from 5:15pm, and on ITVX from 5pm.
Who has qualified for Euro 2024?
A total of twenty teams have qualified for Euro 2024 and will be in Saturday’s draw.
The final three spots are to be determined via the play-offs in March 2024.
The play-offs, consisting of the twelve best performing teams from the 2022/23 Nations League who didn’t qualify for Euro 2024, will feature six semi-finals and three finals.
Wales have been drawn at home to Finland in their semi-final, and a victory for Rob Page’s side will see them play either Poland or Estonia for a place at Euro 2024.

Which stadiums will be used in Euro 2024?
Nine of the ten venues selected to host matches at Euro 2024 were used during the 2006 World Cup.
Bayern Munich’s Allianz Arena and Borussia Dortmund’s Signal Iduna Park are amongst the stadiums to have made the final shortlist.
The final will be held at the Olympiastadion in Berlin, which hosted the World Cup final in 2006 and the Champions League final in 2015.
