This is the painful moment an angry deer attacked a tourist and broke his ribs after he tried to take a photo.
Mexican Gian Carlo Triacca was on holiday in Greece with his wife Erika when the pair were enchanted by a group of deer.
Gian Carlo decided to take a photo of a deer in front of him, when another behind him charged antlers-first into his back – breaking the 42-year-old’s ribs.
Erika, 40, had been filming at the time and caught the frightening assault on camera.
Gian Carlo, who lives with his partner in Cancun, said: ‘I was taking a picture of a small deer that was stood in front of me, when suddenly a big male deer attacked me in the back.
‘He broke a couple of ribs and left me in a huge amount of pain for several days, but I was lucky my injuries weren’t worse.

Meanwhile, a British diver exploring shoal in Egypt was headbutted by a deadly shark.
Gary Virgo was taking a dive off of the Red Sea Coast when his dive partner noticed the predator swimming above them.
In the footage, the oceanic whitetip shark dropped down to his level, circling closer and closer, before ramming into the diver.
Virgo, from Peacehaven, East Sussex, said: ‘He made a beeline for me and then he headbutted me.’
