Popular comedian, Lawrence Oluwaseyitan Aletile, aka Seyi Law, has mocked supporters of the opposition political parties following Wednesday’s Presidential Election Petition Tribunal judgement.
The long awaited judgement of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal was made on Wednesday but it did not favour the supporters of Peter Obi and the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, candidate, Atiku Abubakar.
Victory smiled at President Bola Tinubu, who was declared winner of the presidential election by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, on March 1.
It means that supporters of the President and the All Progressives Congress, APC, would naturally be in a joyful mood while those of the opposition would be sad.
Seyi Law, for whatever reason, has remained one of the diehard supporters of President Tinubu and would have to gloat.
“Have they started crying already, or are they still hoping for a rerun? What a waste,” the comedian wrote on X shortly after the Tribunal ruling on Obi and Atiku’s petitions.
Meanwhile, both politicians, through their representatives, have vowed to continue their search for justice at the Supreme Court.
