Kevin Coleman’s raider has already bagged similar contests at Hamilton and Pontefract before running another excellent race at Haydock last time where he just got stuck in the mud late on. He likes this trip and has had a little nudge down the weights.
CLAN CHIEFTAIN (4.30 Pontefract, nb)
He hated the mud at Goodwood last time and takes a drop in grade here. He looked a good prospect when winning at Chepstow maiden three starts ago and can go close.
ORBAAN (5.45 Sandown, treble)
