BRIT tourists have been warned about rapist taxi drivers in extraordinary new travel guidance.
The Foreign Office issued the alert following the rape of a 23-year-old woman and reports of other sex attacks.

The victim was assaulted in a car in Split, Croatia.
She told police the driver took advantage of her intoxicated state while her pal fetched a takeaway.
The driver was arrested but insists sex was consensual and a trial is scheduled.
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office warned: “There have been reports of sexual assaults in taxis or Ubers in Croatia. To reduce risk and help prevent potential assaults you can: Take a photo of the inside, where the number of the taxi is visible, and send to a friend or someone else Share your ride status on the Uber app.
“Make a call while in the taxi telling someone which taxi it is and where you are going.”
Further advice for reporting an attack urges victims to contact the international emergency number on 112, tour operators and the UK embassy in Zagreb.
The advice adds: “Embassy staff will be non-judgmental, and can provide information on local police and medical procedures.”
Uber said: “With more than 120,000 users in Croatia, the safety of everyone using our app is an absolute priority.
“All drivers must go through a strict verification process that includes, among other things, a criminal record check.”
Croatia’s Ministry of Transport pledged to investigate all reports.
