CHELSEA are demanding £30million for wonderkid Lewis Hall, according to reports.
The teenager has been targeted by Newcastle and Crystal Palace this summer.

Hall, 18, was expected to be loaned out this summer, with Palace having been close to agreeing a temporary switch.
But amid Chelsea’s enormous transfer outlay, the Telegraph claim that the academy graduate could now leave on a permanent basis.
The left-sided starlet made 12 appearances for the Blues’ first team last season.
He featured primarily as a left-back or wing-back for the senior squad.
But he was mainly deployed in midfield during his academy days.
Hall is viewed as a huge prospect by players and staff at Stamford Bridge.

Should Chelsea fail to receive their £30m asking price, Hall could still be loaned out.
Palace are interested in signing him as cover for injured England international Tyrick Mitchell.
Hall is under contract at Stamford Bridge until 2026.
