TOTTENHAM have reportedly named Son Heung-min the new club captain.
The previous captain, Hugo Lloris, has been stripped of the responsibility after being frozen out at the club.

According to The Athletic, this has led to the South Korean forward being handed the armband by manager Ange Postecoglou.
The report claims that Son will be assisted by Cristian Romero and James Maddison as his assistants.
They will take over the role of Harry Kane following his exit to Bayern Munich.
The England international was Tottenham’s vice-captain last season under Lloris.
It is also suggested that the three are seen as “characters to bring improved spirit and progress in new era”.
